Greetings! Massage has been a wonderful, rewarding and healthy career for me and now I find myself in beautiful Maine to be with my husbands family, I am happy to be here and look forward to meeting new clients! I have studied Swedish massage, Ayurveda, Sports, Pregnancy, Reflexology, Myofacial Release, Reiki, Qi Gong, and Hydrotherapy. Massage is a healthy, enjoyable way to support our amazing bodies. My style is a hybrid mix of all that I have learned over the years with a love of the long Swedish strokes with deep tissue where it is needed/wanted paying extra attention to hands, feet and scalp. I use warm unscented coconut oil and incorporate aromatherapy and healing music. Hope you will give me a try. Thank you!
