Kara has been working on many types of people from all over the world with various ailments for the past 13 years. She is an intuitive bodyworker skilled in Ayurveda pressure points, Swedish and deep tissue massage. She works on the subtle energy body where most of the stuck pain actually stems from. People are often confused about where the pain is coming from in their bodies. It’s a common misconception to solely aim for muscular release.
