Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityThis was my first professional massage so I don’t have anything to compare it against, but I am very happy with JW Spa. She did a great job of explaining the various modes of treatment (Swedish, deep tissue, hot stones, maybe even more?) she used as well as answering questions from a rookie patient. Now, the morning after treatment, I feel MUCH looser and am a believer! She did a great job of explaining the various modes of treatment (Swedish, deep tissue, hot stones, maybe even more?) she used as well as answering questions from a rookie patient.
