Welcome! I have been a full-time massage therapist since 2009. I believe we all contain the innate ability to heal and I use an intuitive approach to create the ideal environment for your body to unwind. Through compassionate and careful listening, I address both physical and energetic issues, gently ushering your body toward peace, balance, and relaxation. I truly enjoy the fulfillment that comes from diminishing an individual’s discomforts. There are so many simple aches and pains and even some of the more complex ones that can be efficiently relieved with muscle release.
