If I could give 0 stars I would. The seller is so rude and tries to scam you. I bought the same exact straightener elsewhere for $40 and my mother has bought it here so we came to see if we could return it and this lady was trying to convince us to exchange it for a bigger one and it was USED. We spent $100 here and got back only $40 and left with just a hair syrum that just damages your hair even more. She claims her company won’t let her refund the money yet the factory of the product which is who she works for claims we had 15 days to return unused hair straighteners for a full refund. She is now in a Sherman oaks and I do not recommend coming here at all! As for the hair straightener, it doesn’t work well it damages your hair. I would recommend going for the Sutra brand that was here before. Works way better.
