Today I was gifted a massage and facial for my birthday at J Sterling’s. I had never been there before so I was a bit nervous as what to expect. The moment I stepped in the door, I was greeted by name and offered a glass of water while I waited. It was a calm, clean and relaxing environment. My massage therapist was professional and kind to me. He checked in with me through out my massage to make sure the pressure was right and that I was okay. He made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. After my massage was time for my facial, I had never had a facial before so this is the part I was a bit nervous about. But that was very short lived. The woman who did my facial walked me through each step she was taking and made me very comfortable. From the time I walked in the door the staff made me feel welcome and pampered me as if I was a celebrity. It was clear that the employees at J Sterling care deeply about their clients and what to see each person leave happy and refreshed. I will be back again!

I went for the 1st time with my daughter after a long vacation overseas, let me just say it was the heated tables for us and well worth it. We didn’t select a masseuse, but the y selected for us and we got Zhenyu and Seidel, the 2 were very good at their job. We both came out feeling relaxed, thank you guys. We’ll definitely be back for the other services.

I have been happy with all my visits to this location. Most recently, I got a 90 minute deep tissue massage with Anastasia and it was a great experience. I had recently done a weekend of dirtbiking and was very sore, I couldn’t walk up and down the stairs without pretty bad pain. After the massage, the majority of it was gone, I was very impressed with Anastasia’s work and skill, I’ll definitely be returning soon.

I suffer from headaches, neck and back pains and these massages are needed more than for fun and relaxation. Last week visit was another great one.
