The wife and I stopped by Saturday to check on cost of some piercings. Met with the woman working the front who was very helpful. She answered all our questions and I ended up getting a septum piercing and my wife got her nose pierced. Kevin the guy who did the piercings was very good. Both were friendly and knowledgeable…no complaints.

Got my septum pierced a few months ago. Piercer did an ok job (originally very crooked but it healed straight after a few weeks) but the customer service was pretty bad. Called twice afterwards, months apart, with follow up healing/piercing questions and each time met with attitude from the woman/women who answered the phone. I am a disabled Veteran injured in combat and lost my good friend who originally gave me the tattoo and I wanted to revive the colors because be died our lady tour. on April 15,2022. Gavin, was the artist who was to help restore a tattoo my buddy had did in honoring him by renewing the colors because he passed in combat. However, Gavin ask me to come back on 4.29.22 to do touch ups to the colors because the new red color was not fully showing through and he was getting tired. So I said sure man, ill come back 4.29 which was 2 weeks after it was healed. The week of the 29th came I called Gavin and texted him 2 time and no reply…..dude totally ghosted me. He is giving Ink Link Tattoos & Piercings a bad name. I will be sure to not recommend Gavin or Ink link Tattoos to anyone. This is what Gavin left my tattoo (half sleeve). You can tell new color vs old. The discolor in the old black is faded vs the new Ink, also his blue ink was not constant in lines as you can tell and he said he would blend it better once i came back. Gavin was to restore the coloring and never finished.

On August 7, 2022, my friend and I walked in for a piercing. Workers were very rude and hostile. They showed no understanding for pain tolerance and had EXTREMELY condescending attitudes. There is also nothing listed on the website about needing credit. Getting cash was fine however, when I asked the rude ladies (one with the dreads and the other with curly hair) about this information on the website they were nonchalant and had very passive attitudes regarding most of my questions.
