Scheduled with Claudia, per online instructions, pre-paid. Arrived at appointment time to no one there to receive me. Was called directly by therapist (proof), to reschedule day after. Rescheduled for day after, only to be re-rescheduled 1hr after rescheduled time. All this due to an emergency. Showed up on time, let in, only to be told she double booked and unknown how that happened even after the messages showed i was texting directly with her. Asked me to step out so she can see the other gentleman…and she would refund me my money. Total waste of my time!
