Margaret and the front staff were amazing. I came in for a last minute touch up and was able to be seen the same day. Margaret made sure to take care of both areas requested even though the appointment was only for one, which saved me at least 2 hours as I would have had to drive to another location on a different day. The front desk also helped me resolve a refund issue that I had been working on for a few months with little to no movement at the corporate level. Overall 10/10, would recommend this location.

Very good location if you’re looking to get laser hair removal… Very professional and accommodating! It was a mix up with my location of service when I originally made an appointment and the staff helped me a lot by squeezing me in last minute. My nurse was also very friendly and welcoming.. made me feel very comfortable. Definitely recommend getting services here!

This is by far the best and most professional place to go to get laser hair removal done! The staff is so welcoming and amazing! The entire building is so clean! I will return and tell all my friends and family to go too! 10/10 would definitely recommend. I wish I could give it more than 5 stars

So far, I have only been in twice for laser hair removal, but today I went in and the front office staff was dealing with two angry clients (neither the fault of the office staff). They handled the situation with poise and calmness (from my opinion). Both my clinicians have been very helpful and answered all my questions.

This company is the most frustrating, unprofessional, and money hungry company I have ever worked with. From day one, they have misinformed me and took my money without thinking twice. Today, I go in for my appointment, and was informed that it was canceled because I did not confirm it. I have been coming here every eight weeks for months and not one time. Have I ever received a confirmation for my appointment nor did I this month. And the receptionist just looked at me with a blank stare. I cannot recommend them for any reason under the sun. I highly recommend electroless is which they do not do. I can only caution people not to sign up with this company because you will never ever ever get what you have paid for. After 2 years of laser treatment for my daughter who was a minor when she started, she was advised that her hair is too light and laser treatments will not work for her hair color. Prior to starting the laser treatments, I asked the specialist if her hair was dark enough because I was told years earlier that it would not work for my hair color as the pigment was not dark enough. I was assured that her hair was dark enough and that with time and consistency the treatments would work. 12 months in and no results, I called and spoke to the facility and was told that my daughter needed to continue to come in every 6-8 weeks for the treatments to work and with time the treatments would work. Because my child was now a Freshman at an out of state college where there were no Ideal Image facilities, I had to fly her in every 8 weeks for treatment. I am beyond disappointed and honestly livid. Not only did I spend $1500+ on treatments at Ideal Image but I also spent another $1500 on flights. All for a treatment that was never going to work.

I really like the attention I received. I did not have to wait long for my call to go through and each person I talked with was so respectful, answered my questions and made me feel very comfortable. I had the absolute worst experience at my last appointment. Alex (I think was her name) was incredibly rude, shaming me for how much hair I had after 6 appointments (I don’t see how that’s my fault?) And the worst part is she wasn’t immediately giving me breaks in session when I asked for them. It was by fair the most painful session I had. She didn’t give me ice packs (as the other awesome techs did) to cool my skin, and days later I’m still having extreme sensitivity and paint from where she did it. I asked her to skip the last part of my session because it wass ridiculous how inconsiderate she was being and I was uncomfortable to continue. I understand having a bad day, but don’t take it out on the clients.
