I have loved my experience at this Ideal Image. I’ve been coming here for years. Their lifetime guarantee is what sold me and it’s been well worth it. The nurses are amazing. The clinic space is clean and beautiful. It can be a bit of a wait for an appointment during lunches or after work hours but they do their best to accommodate. I highly recommend laser hair removal and wish I had done it sooner. I’m glad I found Ideal Image.

I came in for a touch up laser hair removal appointment today and everyone was really wonderful! I had to get my info transferred from the location I had treatments at before, but that process was very easy and I was able to schedule the appointment within a week. The treatment process itself was very quick and the technicians were wonderful!!

I’ve been getting laser hair removal here for almost 3 years and it’s been an amazing experience. All the aestheticians are so patient and kind, always making sure I’m happy with the results. I’ve been treated here for years, I’ve had multiple areas done and my experience is that they always rush to get me in and out and they end up missing large patches that I have to pay extra for unnecessary touch ups to correct- which wouldn’t be the case if they just took their time on me and treated the areas with a little bit of an overlap to avoid the patchiness. On this visit I told them the areas I wanted treated and they rushed to get me out (like always) and skipped one of the areas I asked for. Also they missed a large patch on my leg. Super annoying to feel like they are rushing to get you in and out when I’ve paid over 15k in treatments. My results appear patchy because they always rush to get me done EVERY SINGLE TREATMENT and leave too much space in between zaps- unacceptable since I have to keep paying for touch ups to correct the patchiness that wouldn’t have been there had they just taken their time on me in the first place- I paid my money! Even more annoying when I clearly point out an area that has visible hair and they say something like, “I don’t think the laser will pick it up anyway,” YES IT WILL, I’ve been treated here for years and I know that my body hair is treatable, JUST LASER OVER IT LIKE I ASKED AND PAID GOOD MONEY FOR! If it doesn’t work then I lost nothing by having you laser over it anyway, just do your dang job! I hate having to always tell them that they missed areas in the last treatment and having to ask them to get a good overlap with their zaps so my results are seamless, makes me feel like I’m annoying when again- I’ve paid so much money! They never give me time to look over the treated areas once they are done to point out the areas they missed because they shut off the laser right away, wipe you down to remove the lines and then tell you they will see you in X amount of weeks, then leave. Like HOLD UP, I want to make sure every spot was done these treatments are not cheap! I’ve been coming here for years and I always feel rushed and they ALWAYS miss areas leaving me with patchy results that are costly to touch up. Listen to your guests! If they just take their time my results would be absolutely perfectly flawless without the need to pay for unnecessary expensive touch ups. Please take this review as feedback, I wish I could give a 5/5 star review because the laser treatments actually work- I just hate how I’m treated by the staff, how they don’t listen to me and how they don’t laser the areas that I ask them to because they “don’t think it will work.” Just do your job! -Sincerely, a super annoyed guest with almost perfect results that are always patchy who has paid way too much money to be treated this unfairly.

Love this location! Jodi is amazing, so kind and was able to get me in for a touch up quickly. My NP, Misty, is fantastic and never makes the appt uncomfortable. This was the best thing that I have ever done for myself. I started treatment in 2016 and now only have to come once a year for a touch up. Totally worth the expense. Laser hair removal

I’m a person with PCOS so hair in unwanted places have always been a thing and I was nervous to schedule at first hearing how it doesn’t work but for me the results are worth it. My confidence has never been higher after treatment . I went from full on shaving and tweezing weekly to doing a touch up shave every two months. It’s amazing.
