This salon is very nice inside with plenty of staff. Once you walk inside, you really feel you’ve entered into a relaxing, luxurious place. This spa is popular so I’d recommend making an appointment or have time to wait. Prices are more expensive than other shops. I’d say prepare to pay $8-$15 more than the usual rates.

You really think you are going to have a great experience when you walk in the doors. The technician cut me several times, I got SNS and mentioned several times that it was thick and uneven and the technician said it was due to my nail shape. I have had SNS for years and they have been thinner and more natural looking. Then the top coat was peeling off and I went back same day to have it fixed and all she would do was put another top coat on. They are bumpy and uneven and I cried because of the price I paid and they look horrible. Even after I told the girl several times she still would not fix them.

DO NOT GO HERE! I’ll start by saying I never write reviews. I never complain. But this is ridiculous. This picture is what I left this place looking like. I asked for hombre nails, full set. I was told they could do them. The lady tried multiple attempts to get it correct on 2 different nails, and could not get anywhere close to what the picture I showed looked like. She then said they don’t have the correct colors (even though I was told they did). So I politely said, no worries, I’ll just pay for the work you have done already and then I’ll go somewhere else that has the correct colors im looking for. She then starting cutting my nails off and said if I want to go somewhere else that they can do them!! She was extremely rude. I then asked to speak to the manager, Who I’m pretty sure was just her friend, and she was just as rude and absolutely no help. I also had to still pay full price for my pedicure despite walking out and now having to go to a meeting with my nails looking like a nightmare. I work in customer service. This is a poorly run business and this is not how you treat customers.

My daughter and went to get my nail tips off. We wanted to soak them off. The technician helping my daughter politely got her a bowl to soak for few minutes and began working on her. The technician with me argued that I wanted them to soak but she kept saying she wanted to cut them off I said no I want to soak them. She gets up puts some acetone in a bowl and walks off. I put my hands in and after sitting there for 55 minutes I said to my daughter guess she not coming back. This is what my hands look like after soaking for so long. Full of glue. I had to get up go to another station reach behind the counter and get some acetone on a paper towel to clean my own hands. I look and she is doing someone else’s nails. This was my first time and last time getting nail tips. I will never go to this place again. The technician helping my daughter said she will do my nails after she is done but I’m still waiting. If you go here avoid Lisa she left me hanging big time. Pretty bad experience and not once has anyone asked me to make it right.

They are the best. I drive over a hr for their services. I’ve been there dozens of times and all but 1 time been satisfied. The owner and I worked that out that time and got the problem fixed. Shortest pedicure in history. They look worse than they did when I went in. Quite possibly the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. Left nail polish on my skin. They were were very nice but to say there workmanship (for lack of a better word)is subpar would be a compliment. Beyond sloppy. In and out in under 25 minutes. The phrase “a lick and a promise” comes to mind. My usual spot was in the midst of renovations. I certainly didn’t expect royal treatment. But for $35 at the very least I expected a decent polish job. A third grader could have done a better job. Total wast of time and money.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI’ve been here before. I decided to give this place one more try. The first time, it was a mediocre experience. I don’t usually get my nails done, but decided to give it a god. When we arrived, the wait wasn’t very long, maybe 5 minutes. I loved the ambiance of the place. Even though there is a lot of foot traffic, it’s a chill spot. Anyway, we get seated and immediately she gets to work. She was rushing. It seemed the more people that walked in the door, the faster she got. It was terrible.Then when my nails are done, they look like something I could’ve done at home. I was disappointed. I get up and immediately am hounded to give a 5 star review (even though it was not 5 star work) before they would allow me to pay! The gentleman kept asking myself and my daughter to give reviews. I felt pressured and gave the 5 star rating and I guess they gave a discount. We left.Second experience was a late Sunday afternoon, the wait was much longer this time. I get seated with a different nail tech to get a fill-in. She doesn’t have any designs. So I went with plain black again. She didn’t file them down evenly. She chipped one in the center and it was jagged. Instead of just putting on a fresh nail, she just used acrylic and attempted to mold it. Now I’ve got valleys in my nails because it was not filed down evenly. My fingers look terrible. I payed $90 for myself and my daughter and I will not be coming back. Day 2 and the polish is chipped and is not smooth at all. It’s just disappointing.Update: I called them today as requested by whomever responded to my review. And apparently they don’t want to fix the issue because I got a full-in and not a full set..which i got the first time I came. I am adding more images because I would definitely say BEWARE of this place if you value quality. My nails are worse than ever and they told me that they would charge me and we are 4 days in and 4 of the nails polish has chipped. They stated that “a fill in service is not guaranteed” and I have to pay to get them redone. If I wanted to give away another $90 for unhappiness, I’d certainly return. I’ll just go somewhere else. Terrible customer service, worse nail quality. Maybe not all are bad, but the two that have done my nails, are terrible. I won’t give them another chance to take my money for subpar work. I just think after a week your manicure that’s gel should not be chipping and should last at least two weeks. I’m not impressive. Past couple times I’ve been here. It’s been not that great product

I wanted a relaxing pedicure and chose a premium pedicure from the menu of services I was given. I should have just chosen the standard pedicure because of the lack of time spent according to what I chose. Additionally, they charged $18 for gel polish. I have never paid for gel polish on top of the price of a service. For that price I should have been able to keep the polish. I have never been charged such an outrageous up charge. Clearly this salon is only concerned with volume and how many people they can quickly push through. I will not be going back.
