Always busy everytime I go but always take me right in with no appointment. Huge establishment. Different services are offered on different floors and different areas. Huge selection of colors and does a great job with designs. Always get a pedicure and gel manicure with dipping powder. They price everything out separately so you know what you are paying for.

I wasn’t going to write anything that’s how disappointing the whole service was. I got these done on 3/11 it’s 3/15 and these things I can’t with anymore. I asked for a full manicure. Full set black gel polish. I was in and out in 45 minutes. Aryclics are uneven. Nail length is uneven. Polish started peeling off almost immediately. Cuticles weren’t cut. AND MY NAILS ARE NAVY BLUE. save your money and go else where.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!! I wasted 2 hrs here to receive poor service ( my nails look like trash ) and their customer service is TERRIBLE. Never going back. When I asked for the manager ( Sandy ) I was told of course they did not know when she would be in. Do not get your nails done by Sam. He’s very NICE but he does not know what he’s doing. My acrylic is UNEVEN. My nail shapes are uneven. And he fixed my nails about 3x and they are still not right !!

Went to this poor excuse of a business to get my nails refilled. I asked for the exact same thing that I had on my nails when I came in, they said they could accommodate. I pointed out to the nail tech that she was not giving me what I had come in with and had asked for- she stood up, screamed in my face and told me that she could do what I requested, and to go find the other tech that did them last time..but that he doesn’t work there any longer so figure it out.

Kevin did my nails and he had to fix 3 of them. He was good overall, however he had an attitude and doesnt know what “freestyle” means because I couldn’t decide on one of my nails and i asked him to free style it and he caught an attitude so i just came up with an idea. Overall he did a good job he needs to work on the way he treats customers because one day the customer might not be as nice as me.

I drive all the way from Valley Forge to get my nails done here when I want to get a full set and not just a basic manicure. I’ve been coming here for over 15 years! Family run business has been running smoothly and they respect Covid restrictions. No children allowed inside so customers are able to relax and be in and out without kids running around knocking things down. I appreciate it.

Terrible service got my lashes done was very very specific and they lied about how they do them and over stuffed them so I had to get them removed 2 days later and they refused to give me a refund…. Then tried to Insult me that I don’t know the difference between dip powder and acrylic nails. I only needed one nail fixed that I did not get done here and they didn’t hv the product but instead of just saying that he wanted to argue with me like I don’t know the product I’ve used for over 5 years!!! This is why I go where I go to because places like this are a joke‼️ Poor customer service, poor refund policy and service or listening skills on top of the rudeness. It’s a HARD PASS FOR ME & SHOULD BE FOR U TOO‼️Cheap prices aren’t worth the aggravation and bad products.

I asked for a plain gel mani for hot pink and they gave me glitter white and yelled at me when i asked if they can change the color. I asked for a manager and the manager actually got in my face and screamed at me, then proceeding to charge me full price. This place deserves a zero out of ten. Gel manicures
