The name of the place on the door is actually Pilates Vitality Studio and Wellness Center, so it’s a little confusing. I am visiting and desperately needed a massage as I was very tight in my neck and shoulders. The Combo massage is well worth the splurge, as Hein uses a variety of advanced techniques. I am sometimes leery of female massage therapist, not because they are female, but because they sometimes can’t or won’t go deep enough to help. This is NOT a problem with Hein! She can go as deep as needed. She REALLY knows her stuff including the anatomy, which techniquest to use and how hard to go, and is very good at explaining what she is doing and why, and giving exercise and stretching tips for you to do at home. I have had a lot of massages over the years, and dabble in learning techniques and massaging other, and she is right up there among the best I have had. This is a medical-based massage, and most of her clients are referred from doctors. She is very busy, so try to book way ahead, or get in touch in case she has cancellations. This place is located in an unassuming small strip mall near Harts Run Road and Saxonburgh Boulevard in Glenshaw, PA. The name of the place on the door is actually Pilates Vitality Studio and Wellness Center, so it’s a little confusing.
