Prenatal Massage, 60 min.
Our therapists are certified to work with expecting moms right up to day of delivery. We have 3 cushion system setups to ensure mom and baby are both comfortable, including an option for mom to lay face down and get the pressure off the low back. Please plan 90 minutes of total appointment time. Physical changes, such as nausea, back pain, heartburn, raging hormones, breast pain, swollen legs and ankles, affect many women during this time. But you don’t have to suffer in silence. The gentle, noninvasive approach of pregnancy massage can ease your discomfort, help you prepare for labor and give you the emotional support of a caring practitioner. Also we can customize the massage table which allows the client to lay face down on her tummy during treatments. The best way to describe it is imagine your belly in a cushioned bowl. This allows the therapist access to the low back.
