Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityWe bought a Fallsburg hot tub from HavenMade, then Spa Specialist, about 20 years ago. At that time their service was good and they had a store front in Broomfield. We have been trying to get spa parts from them to fix our spa for over 6 months and can’t get a call back or reply email.
