I had the BEST appointment! My hair turned out amazing and I could not be happier. I walked in with damaged, broken, previously bleached, Covid thinned hair and walked out feeling better and more confident about myself than I have in years. Oh my god what a nightmare. Went to haute headz with hair that had not seen color in more than a year. Hair had always been professionally colored and hadn’t seen bleach. All I asked for was one solid red brown color. And now I have this MESS on my head. Stylist walked way for 50 minutes and left the dye on my head completely over processing it! Top is completely lighter than the bottom, roots already showing, bangs were cut CROOKED. I’m embarrassed by my own hair!

Grace is incredibly intuitive and knowledgeable regarding color selection and cut. She framed my face beautifully with bright, dynamic highlights and amazing layers. It was also very appreciated that I could just relax in the chair and wasn’t forced into conversation, since I don’t get much time to myself. I had an overall great experience and am very happy with the excellent work Grace did!

She understands what style of cut will best compliment her client’s facial shape and features, and is excellent at recommending just the right one. Her fun-loving, bubbly personality is infectious, and when I visit her for my appointments, she instantly brightens my day and ensures that I always leave feeling beautiful.
