Positive: Professionalism, QualityI am so nervous about allowing someone new to touch my hair that I have avoided it for well over a year now and my hair was in ROUGH shape. So, after a lot of internet searching, I finally took a chance on Jessi today and am SO glad I did. Not only did she accommodate my last minute booking with a welcome smile, she also took my “please just bring my hair back to life” plea and NAILED it. I appreciate someone who listens to my preferences and needs and is also honest with me about what is/is not possible – all while finding the best possible compromise between the two.
