Critical: ProfessionalismMy sister is the one that originally booked with her for a customization of a wig. They spoke multiple times after about the installation of the wig. The stylist is the one that stated she would schedule her and had spoke with my sister about the time and date for the service leading up to the actual installation appointment date. Yesterday, the date of the appointment, less than 30 minutes before the appointment, the stylist texted my sister stating my sister had called and canceled her appointment. My sister clarified to her that she did not call and cancel any appointment with text message proof to back it up. While showing my sister her screen, we came to realize the stylist had a whole different lady booked. Meaning same first name, but different last name. When my sister explained to her that she booked someone else and that it was the stylist mistake on the last name. The stylist basically brushed my sister off and stated that she had already filled the spot my sister was scheduled for and she would not be able to help her. EVEN THOUGH THE STYLIST IS THE ONE THAT MESSED UP! So now the wig that was supposed to be installed for my sisters pictures today did not happen. So not only did she not do my sisters wig, my sister’s graduation pictures are not going to be able to happen so we lost out on that down payment.Never again will I allow my sister to go to this stylist who is not professional in the least as well as who’s way of fixing her mess up is to shrug off the client and schedule them for a day they know is past their personal events date.Service: Hair extensionsMy sister is the one that originally booked with her for a customization of a wig.
