For decades of my life I have worked with many healers of different modalities to process and alleviate the pain in my body from the trauma of impactful surgeries I experienced in my youth. Hailes way of tuning into the physical and energetic body is a profound practice that I have yet to come across in the realms of healing. Compassionate and gentle while holding an impeccable and strong container for all that may rise during your session. Effortlessly moving between gentle and nurturing strokes into deep tissue, finding the deepest layers of tension and teasing them from the body. I feel their deep and intuitive listening to what my body needs in each moment as the intention of our session morphs through the phases of release. A session with Haile brings my body back to a state that I don’t seem to have a cognizant memory of. I am able to stand tall, in my body and in my spirit. Haile brings the body back into balance and also alleviates the mental strife and haze that comes from living with the simplest of inconveniences to the chronic pains I have dealt with since I was a teenager. Through this work with Haile my body is finally finding peace again, releasing the old stories and pain, finding new ways of being and healing.
