Great Neck Office – brought a relative who has Dimentia and bipolar for a foot blistering. The dr saw her for less than 30 seconds and the nurse practitioner was in such a rush I couldn’t write down what the diagnosis and medication was. Found out later that she was given an gross overdose of prednisone that had a significant affect against her bipolar medications. The nurse practitioner and dr here refused to return any of the calls from my relatives psychiatrist and when she was hospitalized because of it, the dr and nurse practitioner refused to return multiple calls as well. 3 months later they send a bill for hundreds of dollars they claim they didn’t receive after being paid by multiple insurances. Strongly Recomend not going to this dermatology group – they rush you , very in-personal, and over bill grossly for the lack of services and care. As someone who is involved in the medical field, and know medical billing welll, I have tremendous respect for all physicians but the care at this dermatology office is far below average.
