I absolutely love Kristal! I’ve been going to her for a year now, and it’s one of the best things I’ve ever done for myself. She was recommended to me by a good friend after I pulled something in my back rock climbing and spent a weekend sleeping on a bad mattress visiting family over Thanksgiving. I was in serious pain going in, but I felt like a new person after my massage with her. I’ve been going back monthly ever since then, and she’s worked with me to get to the source of my pain. She is amazing at what she does and uses a variety of methods and massage styles based on your needs and preferences. She often suggests stretches and exercises to do between massages, which I really appreciate. Going regularly has made me more aware of my body and I’ve been working toward better posture and habits. Her massages are also amazingly relaxing and I recommend her to everyone I know. Go to Kristal for the best massage of your life!
