I have never come across a business that was so unprofessional. I booked my daughter’s birthday party and from the very beginning we were promised things that never came. We were supposed to get customized invitations with her pictures on it. I texted the owner pictures and she said she never received them. I then emailed the pictures and was told to pick up the invitations on the weekend before the party. I went to pick them up and she “completely forgot them at home”. She promised to bring them to my house after work that same day. Not only did she never show up, I never received a phone call saying she wasn’t coming. The day of the party, she assured me because of all the things she had promised that we had not received, that I will get a free picture book filled with all the pictures taken at the event, along with a flash drive with the pictures that was included in package. I have been calling for over a month and every single voice message goes completely ignored. Still to this day, I am trying to get what I was promised & payed fr due to the lack of professionalism. I would not recommend this experience to anyone. I trusted this business with my daughter’s 10th birthday, it was supposed to be an unforgettable experience and it turned into an unforgettable regret…. And I don’t even have the pictures to send to family members that could not attend.
