Swedish Massage 60min Also known as “a classic massage.” Relieving muscle tension and stiffness with long, soft, kneading strokes. Can assist in easing joint pain, fatigue, anxiety and/or depression.	$75.00
Deep Tissue Massage 45min Unlike Swedish Massage, this is more specific and problem oriented. Deep tissue massage applies slow, deep strokes targeting specific “trouble spots” and inner layer of muscle and connective tissue.	$80.00
Aromatherapy (add on) Uses essential oils added into massage gel, oil or creme and applied to the skin to promote stress reduction, boost immunity, improve sleep quality, improve headaches or migraines and manage pain. Also diffused in the air, if not applied to the skin.	$10.00
Specific Head/neck, hands & feet session This 45min session focuses specifically on the head, neck, shoulders, hands and feet. We carry so much tension in these areas without even realizing, just 45 minutes can leave you feeling recharged and your muscles feeing loose. This can have a positive effect on your whole mind and body.	$60.00
Pregnancy Massage 60min Therapy specifically tailored for the expectant mother’s needs. It is also called pre-natal massage. Prenatal massage is a therapeutic bodywork that allows the relief of muscle tension, improves circulation and can help relieve anxiety and depression.	$75.00
