We are a husband/wife duo of Licensed Massage Therapists who provide quality massage therapy and counter/strain. As LMTs, we assist you by providing a holistic way to help your body get relaxed, relief from pain, and more. Counter/Strain is a therapeutic, hands-on method, designed to release spasms in all tissues of the human body. Every organ, nerve, artery, muscle, ligament, tendon, vein and lymphatic vessel in the human body can actively spasm and produce pain in a natural, protective response to injury. Gentle body positioning and compression or shortening of the strained structure works to effect a therapeutic release. It is a painless technique with few if any contraindications. It is tolerated by virtually all patients.
