Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI literally gave up on nail shops for years, because of the lack of customer service, cleanliness and overall satisfaction with the services. well, one of my girlfriends goes here and her nails are always amazing. But I guess you have to spend at least $100 on your nails to get a quality service. During my time, apparently they gave me a new nail tech. My nails were misshapen and uneven. And he KEPT HURTING ME WITH THE FILE. I’m like man come on now. I practically had to beg this man to fix my thumb nail when it was visibly and noticeably shorter than the other one!!!!! so now it’s time to polish. He throws the gel polish on my nails and after he’s finished I immediately demand someone else to fix my nails. The other techs knew they looked like trash because they sat me right back down another nail tech to fixed his mistake. They were OKAY, not great, after the nail tech fixed it. At this point I had been in the shop for 2 HOURS SO I WAS JUST READY TO GO. My nails lasted about 9 days before 2 nails came completely off. I called up to the shop and a man told me that I could come up and get my nails fixed. I’m like Ok cool. When I arrived, the lady at the front desk I think her name is Zoey, told me that they only fix nails after three days. What?!? This $50 full set only lasted a week and a half!!!!! I could have filled up my gas tank with that Money! Then she tells me it’s only $7 to fix 2 nails. Oh so you think I’m about to pay you guys to fix 2 nails…..bthat should not have been broken ANYWAY?!! I literally gave up on nail shops for years, because of the lack of customer service, cleanliness and overall satisfaction with the services. well, one of my girlfriends goes here and her nails are always amazing. I have been going here for years at this point. Moved 40 minutes away from the area and still travel just to come here. When I say, I am more than disappointed in my last visit. Number 18 was the lady, which was a sweet lady but she really played on my hands. She spilled glue all over my skin, so I had glue on 3 fingers, she filed my skin numerous of times so my fingers were raw on the cuticles, the matte finish all has bubbles underneath, there’s dried up acrylic under each nail, there’s dints in my nails, the shape was so bad, she piled so much paint on each finger, she missed the sides of each nail.. I can literally go on. For this place to have such business, it’s a shame you have people practicing on regular clients. I, as well as everyone else I have referred to this place all will be relocating because this was unprofessional and a waste of money. I wish you all could refund me because it was a terrible experience for someone who is always sweet to you all and come every month!

I am very pleased with this place. My friend suggested this place to me and I was skeptical at first. It is very busy inside, easy to get over whelmed. They have 40 works(on weekends all 40 people work so things go fast) and you are never waiting for more then 15 minutes. My mom actually got the owner as her nail tech. Even though it is a fast environment the techs take their time and you don’t feel rushed. Now on to the nails. I have been getting my nails done for about 10 year and my mom for a little over 25, we have seen some bad places. This is not one of them. The application on both our nails is even and not too thick. They apply it thinly but evenly so when you get a fill it is not bulky. My mom got a fill and one new fix. The owner was very efficient while still telling people where to sit, checking people out, and having a conversation with my mom. She was also able to think of a design for her nails since my mom likes people to free style. For me I got a full set and I had a picture of what I wanted. My person found the perfect matching color and even mixed some other colors to see if I liked it. She was very precise when putting my gems on. For the price they are not over priced at all. Mine where 75$ and my moms where 45$. This was a great experience and I will definitely be back again!

Poor service and they do not care! Our nails got trimmed down to our skins and they were all crooked. We literally got seated on chairs for our toes for several minutes until we got up and left. I have been coming here for over 2 years and this was not the first time I get neglected or get bad service. Manicure

I have been coming here for a long time. Today I decided to come in for a pedicure and a full set like I normally do and also a nail removal which they said they could do. I got my pedicure done and everything went well and I informed the associate that I needed to take my nails off but they were dip powder nails. If anyone is familiar with getting dip powder nails then you know that they are much harder to be removed than regular acrylic and you have to be gentle when removing them. I was told to sit at number 9 which I did after my pedicure and the different associate who was helping me a number 9 today was rushing to get my nails off. Instead of doing the proper method which was to soak my nails and then remove them she decided to rush and get my nails off as quickly as possible which resulted in me bleeding and my real nail is now split in half and I have to wait weeks to get my nails done now when my real nail grows back. Horrible service today makes me reconsider coming back here.

I got a fill and gel Polish change on my toes and the service was terrible! The tech had to paint my toes multiple times because she couldn’t get the gel to try properly. My big toe is raw. On top of it all, the next day my nails started bubbling and the gel is chipping off! They also quoted me a different price then when it was time to pay the price was much higher. NEVER AGAIN!!

Really disappointed with the customer service. There isn’t order in the shop so many customers get neglected. I came in for a pedicure and was seated. The shop was busy nearly every chair filled. No one came over to at least fill the foot tub with water. Another lady comes in and is seated they filled her foot tub and turned on her chair while she waited. I sat for another fifteen minutes still not being acknowledged by the employees and I left. Also not having a set price list is truly disturbing every time I come my services are a different price. Truly dissatisfied.
