I am a licensed massage therapist and work intuitively and creatively with the client’s conscious and subconscious body system to listen, support, release and reflect what the body needs to express and create a safe dialogue with the client and their body towards healing. Some modalities include Swedish, Shiatsu, Craniasacral Therapy, Bioenergetics, Reiki, Myofascial Techniques,Functional Methods related to Osteopathy, Energy Healing/Intuitive Healing, Reflexology, Spiritual Response Therapy, Samvahan as well as incorporating somatic psychology and mindfulness into the mix to deliver a unique treatment I have coined Freequency.
