Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityThis was my first time getting any injections and I was so nervous. I was even more nervous that there were zero Google reviews for Forever Bella and almost canceled my appointment. I am SO HAPPY that I didn’t because I had the most wonderful experience. I told myself that I had to come home and write a review for the people like me who usually scroll over places with no reviews. I had my treatment 5 days ago.Edith was amazing and so responsive. I first reached out on FB and then she texted me my appointment time and any answers to questions that I had beforehand. The day of my appointment, she sent me a reminder and when I got there, eased all of my nerves about injections! She even shared her own personal experiences. A couple of days after my treatment, she followed up to make sure that I didn’t have any questions or concerns and that to me is first- class service.Dr. Gutierrez, the MD to did my injections, was so professional and kind and super knowledgable about the treatment that I was getting. He has a ton of experience and answered any questions, sharing the science because I’m a total nerd about it and wanted to know everything! He even tweaked unit amounts in certain areas mid-treatment to perfect the results. I had 40 units of Jeuveau placed throughout my forehead, in my “11” area between the eyes, and he noticed asymmetry in my brows that he also corrected with a slight lift. I had no pain, no negative side- effects, and any bumps/redness from the injection sites were gone within 10 minutes of leaving the office.I am so incredibly happy with the effectiveness of the treatment while maintaining such a natural look. I noticed results after 4 days even though post-op says 7-10. It turned out EXACTLY how I wanted and I could tell that the whole team didn’t want me leaving the office without having all of my questions answered and being completely satisfied. I couldn’t recommend Forever Bella more for Botox or Jeuveau injections! Thank you for making my first treatment so wonderful…I will be back!FYI:You will get an explanation when you get there but I went with Jeuveau over Botox because it’s $4 cheaper per unit and the same exact treatment! I was told that the only difference is Jeuveau was created only for cosmetic use, not medical treatments like Botox can be used for. (i.e. migraines, TMJ, etc.) I was going merely for cosmetic reasons so Botox and paying $4 more per unit just wasn’t necessary!This was my first time getting any injections and I was so nervous.
