***UPDATE*** As stated previously, we have had repeated problems trying to correct billing errors with their billing service. I want to be clear that the issue was with the billing service not the lab or clinical services themselves. This billing issue was compounded by the fact that my insurance is notoriously very slow at paying claims. However, we called numerous times over several months and even had our insurance company call in an effort to resolve the problems. Each time we called, the billing service person was very pleasant and apologetic and assured us it would be taken care of and that we didn’t need to do anything further. However, seven months later we were still receiving past due notices and now they have threatened to send the bill to collections. Rather than try to call their billing service again as we had been doing per the instructions on the bill, we chose to send a message directly through their website. Dr. Fleming, the lab director, actually personally responded very promptly and is taking steps to rectify the situation and ensure it does not happen to any other patient. Given this response, I am modifying my review from 1 to 4 stars.
