After years of going to a variety of massage therapists for deep tissue massage and convincing myself that the pain afterward is the “hurt so good” that people refer to, I have learned the error of my ways. I recently heard about Myofascial Release therapy and scheduled an appointment with Chuck Holman. I have nothing but praise for Chuck. He takes professionalism to the highest level, his office is comfortable, clean and relaxing, he thoroughly explains what is to be expected with this therapy and he welcomes questions. I have learned the difference between the temporary “relaxation” that comes with deep tissue massage and the feeling of long-term painless healing through Myofascial Release. I strongly and confidently recommend Chuck for Myofascial Release therapy.
