This was one of the best nail experiences I had in Chicago. Ms.Kim assisted me during this entire process who has worked for more than a decade here and is extremely warm and welcoming and did my nails exactly how I wanted through a picture ! If it is your first time here do not have second thoughts and go and ask for Ms.Kim. They were also ready to take walk ins and make the experience even better !

Had an absolutely wonderful experience with Jill and Vinny! Came in as a walk-in for manicure and pedicure, and they were very accommodating. The shop was clean, the tools were sanitized and appropriately packed, and everyone was so pleasant!

Came to Fashion Nails for a quick Pedicure. Was a walk-in on a Thursday morning. There was a decent crowd but was taken to a foot station immediately. The young lady was quick, efficient, and did a great job cleaning up any minor smudges. Was charged $35 for a “spa” pedi. While the process was good, I did not feel they did anything out of the ordinary to call it a “spa” experience. Would Ingot back- yes. The place was clean, the staff friendly and she did a good job. I would recommend it.

I had such a positive experience at Fashion Nails! Both the nail tech and manager were very sweet and attentive. I tend to be a little particular about nail shape and the tech delivered exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend!

Disappointed. They did not bother cutting my cuticles (which is a normal service that comes with manicures). When they did my overlay it was sloppy and parts of my nails were left uncovered. The woman was rude. The place is extremely tiny and crammed. Don’t go here. I also forgot to mention extremely inconsistent pricing. I’ve been here three times twice with one nail tech which were better -though not great experiences (uneven nails, no attention to cuticles, no hand washing or soaking – just did the bare minimum to my nails and done). Anyway each time, I was charged a different price. The third time I simply needed a fill and shaping – she was rude and charged me more than I was charged to get a full manicure with overlay. Then there the uneven nails. I inevitably have to go home and make my nails even or look less crooked. They are absolutely trash at shaping nails. Also see photo – you can clearly see where they filled my nails which is a darker pink then the rest of my nail.

We’re visiting from out of town and I wanted to get my nails done to pamper myself. They prefer cash only… so be prepared for them to ask if you have Zelle to pay them. The experience was so-so… I wouldn’t say amazing, although the nail technician did do what I wanted she was a little frustrated that what I wanted done made her job a little more difficult… which I don’t think wanting a thinner white line on my French manicure was too much to ask for. I believe they up-charge you depending on who you are, unfortunately they were the only nail place that said they were open near our hotel so we went here. They also try to get multiple add on services which I applaud but it gets to be pushy when you keep asking. Come prepared with pictures and make sure you speak up for what you want, you’re paying high prices so get exactly what you want
