The only reason I did not give it a 5 stars is because the lady at the reception was quite unfriendly. Not a great way to make a first impression. However, everyone else was fantastic. I really appreciate Dr. Smith’s enthusiasm and positivity. She makes me feel very comfortable as did all of the other ladies who work alongside of her in the exam rooms. The gentleman in billing at the end of my visit was also very nice and helpful.
