First time customer and I will definitely be going back. Chris was great. I had originally chosen just the green but towards the end I wanted to add the black tips. He was able to do it which was very nice of him to accommodate a last minute request. Sadly didn’t catch the name of the lady who did my pedicure, but she was very nice and did a wonderful job on my feet. Absolutely loved the message chairs they use for the pedicure. I love my nails! It’s been more than a decade that I’ve been to a nail salon and I’m so happy I chose this one!

Great experience! Hope did such an amazing job with the acrylics and design! She was super nice and made good conversation with me! I showed her my inspiration picture and she took her time with the design and made sure it looked right and that I liked it! I will definitely be going back!

Uploading more photos- Longer set with the dot design by Hope and the slightly shorter glitter set was by Tin Tin, most recently. They are both awesome. I work with my hands and do lots of lifting. My nails are durable and don’t crack, besides the occasional accident here and there which happens. When I do need something fixed they always find a way to fit me in and help me take care of it. I had a gel manicure with white tip on natural nails. The manicure was subpar – the tech was distracted on her phone a few times, I pointed out a couple places she missed, white tip smeared slightly, and I had plenty of cuticle and rough edges left around my fingers. The hand massage was under 30 seconds per hand, but they were busy so I didn’t really mind. The biggest disappointment was that my GEL nails started bubbling, pealing, chipping the first day and by day 3 multiple had peeled in chunks (see pictures). In the past, all my gel manicures have lasted until filed off, so I wonder if the tech used regular polish instead? I paid over $40 (including tip) so am obviously disappointed these did not last. I would imagine it was my technician, but it sure makes me hesitant to try again. On a positive note, the owner was friendly, they got me in right away (walk-in), and they had a nice personal touch at checkout and gave a boxed gift. The pictures are from day 2 and 3 after receiving the gel manicure.

I’m not sure what happened but my first 2 times was great! My last time I asked for something simple. Just a matte black and rhinestones. I showed the woman the picture of what I wanted. It was going good at first but then she over filed my nails so they slanted. Afterwards my cuticles and skin got sanded off with the tool. They were bleeding. Afterwards the nails were getting lumpy. Then she used a black polish and tried to add Rhinestones on it. I told her I was wanting the Matte top coat and the rhinestones just like the picture and she seemed to be annoyed with me? I gave a tip but I’m on the fence about going back. I had this done 2 days ago and my rhinestones started falling off yesterday…the last picture is what I wanted

Tina did amazing! She took me in as soon as I got there when they opened, and she got it done in an hour and a half without making me feel rushed!
