DON”T DO IT!! Save your eyes!!!! I made an appointment with Michelle. I asked before she started the putting lashes on that she was not gluing to my inner lid or my lids at all, but to my actual lashes, lash extensions. We had an entire conversation about services who glue to your lid and how I cannot tolerate it and that is not what I wanted or expected. She said, I am gluing to your lashes. I expected the same as I had from my other service provider who affixed individual lashes to each of my natural lashes, i.e. lash extension. She lied to me and said no, I am gluing to your lashes. After my appointment my eyes were in so much pain. I sent her this photo and her response was “wow, that looks painful”. Ya think? I asked her why these were glued to my lid line after we had our discussion and Michelle’s response was, I try to get as close to the lash line as possible. That’s not even the service I wanted or that she said she was doing. She straight out lied to me. These lashes were a mess. They were clumps of trio lashes, not individual lashes. They were cheap false lashes. Check out their website, I wish I had been more thorough. The clients eyes are bloodshot, they have makeup on, this is not a professional service and I don’t recommend this salon to anybody. Untrustworthy, not professional, not sure she is even certified to do this service. Michelle did refund my money, but no amount of money would have been worth the pain and the potential damage to my eyes.
