Ms. B was very lovely when I stopped by to get a hair consultation since my hair is short. She confirmed that she can braid my hair. I have been going to this place for about five years. At its core I loved that it offered good prices and fast service. But over the years and through there expansion this place has systematically gotten rid of any positive part of its service. The management and the stylists themselves are rude and have an attitude at all steps of the process. (pulling my hair down because I am tall, pushing my head into place, becoming frustrated and speaking to me with an attitude interuppting me and today yelling at me)The prices have slowly increased over the years to the point where they are no longer competitive. (color fee, blow dry fee, raising prices over and over again) It has become accepted in that business to keep customers waiting for hours to have their hair done being told “someone is coming” while refusing to offer any time frames. (I have an appointment at 7:30 I am not seen till 8:00 or even 8:30) Today was my final straw. Getting my hair done is not worth the disrespect, the attitude or the predatory pricing. If you are okay with dealing with complete disrespect in order to get your hair done this is the place for you. For me as I sat next to the other women also waiting I realized its not worth it. I will find another place because I refuse to support this treatment any longer.

Here’s my HONEST review Ms. B’s work is high quality, very neat, and tight. Although, the products used to wash the hair is not good for natural 3C hair (Men’s 3-1 shampoo/body wash/conditioner was used) Will definitely wash and blow out my hair before going back. The braids are that good!

I highly recommend this salon. Everyone is warm and friendly. The ladies there treat You like family . Every customer I also observe them leaving with a smile on their face coming and going. The most important very clean. And my hair looks GREAT Twist braids
