I have been to Escalante Body Work & Massage twice now. I have had neck pains on and off for years now. I have tried other methods to reduce the pain or likelihood of further injury with no luck outside of simply not performing certain movements or excercises. After my first session with Joann, I felt a sense of relief. After a few days had gone by, I decided to go back to the gym and perform some exercises I have been scared to do in fear of hurting my neck. NO issues at all. I feel like I have a new neck. I know it sounds funny, but this instant relief and having full function in my neck/shoulder region has been a miracle. I will continue to to come here as a preventative measure and to monitor the muscles in my neck area. I highly recommend visiting Joann if you any sort of restriction of movement or chronic pain. I also wanted to mention Joann is not simply good at targeting the areas that cause pain or restriction, but she is a “people person”. She keeps the atmosphere happy and is easy to talk to. I just had a great experience. I’m sure you all will too. Thanks!!
