In addition to expert medical care, we also offer general dermatology and cosmetic services such as chemical peels, Botox®, micro-needling, and dermaplaning. Our clinic is located on Kaseman Court, close to I-40 and Wyoming Boulevard.

Check-in – no waiting, 2 minutes later in the exam room, Full Body exam very thorough explaining everything as they go along, took a couple of biopsies and made a couple of recommendations to me for better care of my skin. Told me they would call me within a week regarding my biopsies otherwise see you in 6 weeks. Great experience!

Pretty good but there’s one goofy thing: there’s a wifi signal called Epiphany Guest but it’s not available to guests. That’s rude. The person at the front desk says the IT people have reserved it for their own backup system. So change the name!

Had a new patient appointment booked for 4-5 months, a little over a month before my appointment they called to tell me that they were canceling my appointment because Dr. Levin would only be seeing Mohs patients but that if I wanted to wait another few months past my now canceled appointment they could see me with a different doctor. If they are canceling my appointment for their business decisions why should I be out at the bottom of the list for new appointments. Very disappointed.
