Everyone at this office is so personable! Even the front ladies at the desk, which I know is a very stressful place to work! But the quality of care is so professional. I feel very safe in their hands and I’m grateful for their expertise and direction. They have helped me with some issues that dermatologists really wouldn’t address for me in the past. Everyone wants to look his/her best whether we’re talking about the face or arms or their neck, or any other place that some abnormality could show up. Thankfully Liz and her team catches the scary stuff (like skin cancer) and also understands that the small stuff matters too! Grateful for them and their expertise. And the esthetician Lindsey is very knowledgeable too! All of them are great!

Very professional and efficient. I live abroad and the team kindly accommodated me to support my son’s treatment. European dermatologist are not as advanced as in the US. Very pleased with the whole experience at the Keller office. I had searched and searched for a Dr. in my limited insurance network and needed to go through a referral process. Epiphany was quick to contact me and set an appointment when referral was complete. Staff is nice and welcoming. Dr. Plott was real friendly and comforting. He checked all over and remedied the things I came in for. Felt confident in his approach. Didn’t feel rushed and was so glad my situation was accomplished in the one appt.
