This is the best Nail bar I’ve been to. Unfortunately, even after you take the appointment, they still take you half an hour after your appointment starts (the only reason I didn’t give 5-star) but they make up for it by giving a free mimosa.

I have Always received Excellent customer service. Every visit is worth the time and money . I love the variety of services and polish selections. Nail Envy gets an AA+ with me. Also try Henry or Tony (if available), but they have others that do excellent service. You will leave pleased and you will return. Have a great one at Nail Envy. I Sure Did.

First visit: friendly staff; warm, inviting environment; beautiful venue. I was offered a beverage after I made my service selections. The pedicure and manicure attendants were kind, knowledge, and helpful. They chatted to us throughout the service. I’ll be back!!!

I had an appointment for a pedicure, as well as a full set. I received both services. I had a nail that was crooked, but it was no big deal. I took my man back, to get a manicure and pedicure today. Everything went well with his service, and he loved it. I actually got my nails filed down correctly, for no extra charge. I got home today, removed my shoes, and my polish was chipped off of my big toes. This could be a fault of me wearing my work shoes without socks or stockings. Either way, I don’t expect my polish to chip off the very next day. The management here has been very helpful though. So despite my polish chipping off, I will return again. Always had pedicures here, so I decided to get a gel manicure. I got my nails done on Saturday and on Tuesday they started peeling. I’m sick right now, so I haven’t even been doing much other than laying in bed. They didn’t push the cuticles back either. It started snowing Monday night and the roads have been icy since then (it’s Thursday today) so most places have been closed. I called them about it and they told me that I can get them repaired before Saturday. I told them that I’m sick but that I have videos and pictures with time stamps. They said that I would have to pay for a repair if it’s after 7 days. I can’t believe they charged $35 (and I tipped $25 for this and a pedicure) for a manicure that lasted 3 days. Today I stopped by Envy Nails to get my nails done. I asked for a Dip with almond Tips & for my nails to be short. Now the First Lady that I got gave me a short Stiletto type nail which is pictured below. I informed her that is not what I wanted and she went and told the people in the front so I got someone else. The next person came was a man, he proceeded to do the nails the first nail tech put on there. Now mind you I asked for almond shaped nails, so when I went and told him the nails were still wrong he started talking to the other nail techs in their language. He kept hollering my nails were going to be $60 but the previous nail tech told me $55. If you go in the front and look at the menu Dip Only is $40, Nail Extension is $10, and Shape is $5.. that’s $55 all together. Where did the extra $5 come from because my nails are not long. This is a business and what I got was a service! If I am not satisfied there should not be a attitude, just fix the problem and be done with it. I uploaded each pictures in order and even after they tried to fix them they still look a mess! If I could give no stars I’ll give no stars ..

Super packed waiting area, but once you get inside, it’s very open and relaxing. I’ve had a pedicure here, and this last time, I tried the dip powder for the first time. Jacky did an amazing job. The shellac didn’t last as long as I hoped, but I still loved the durability of it.
