Telli, the owner, does every client herself. She’s incredibly talented and meticulous when she does your hair. She takes the time to do each step instead of just putting highlights in over roots that are still dark and she never misses a spot or leaves stripes or spots. If your hair tends to get brassy when highlighted or lightened, she always takes the time to tone or correct anything that isn’t the exact color requested. She is an excellent stylist and colorist and i have been to every high end salon in the area. I’m fussy about my hair and a perfectionist who is not easily pleased. No other stylist or salon has ever met my exacting standards. The only drawback is that it takes a long time. But that’s only because she takes the time to get it right and perfection takes time lol. She has never double booked me and I’ve been going to her for more than 8 years. She never rushes you or takes short cuts to get done by a certain time. She schedules enough time for each client and I’ve never felt like she was hurrying to get to another client. I’ve never had to wait long, if at all. She doesn’t overbook just to make more money, either. On top of all those things, she’s a great person and enjoyable to talk to while she’s working on you. I don’t have to mention the well known salons in this area that are considered to be high end and charge you for their reputation as such. Envy will spoil you and you’ll never want to go anywhere else.
