I love this salon. The staff was so sweet. They listened and consistently asked throughout each step if there was anything I wanted to be changed about my nails before moving on. Kim even took one of my nails off and redid it at the end because she noticed a flaw in the chrome that I couldn’t see. I will only be getting my nails done here from now on. I also went with a friend and she got a difficult design. Her nails turned out perfect as well.

Ive been going to elegant nails for over a year now and I favorite nail tech is Ann she is the BEST. She is always so sweet and patient. She is always also open to trying new designs I find online. We tried the nude biege chrome this time and it looked amazing I am so happy she suggested us use chrome powder!!! All the ladies there are the sweetest. I posted a few pics in different lighting.

I’m new to the Charlotte area and was looking for a place to get my nails done after breaking two of them bowling ( ♀️) I love having fun nails and not only needed nail repair, but also someone that could do beautiful designs. Kay took AMAZING care of me and went above and beyond to make my nails not only stronger, but also crazy and pretty! I got a deluxe pedicure and dip set with Miss Kay and I could not be happier! The pedicure was so relaxing and came out so cute, I had shown a picture of how I wanted my dip set to look and Kay was able to recommend the perfect color to match for my pedicure. Kay did a great job on my dip set, they came out exactly how I wanted them! So cute!

Everyone was friendly and welcoming. I only showed Kim one picture and she knew exactly how to do the nail design and it came out EXACTLY how I wanted it. They also were super helpful at helping my friend pick out a soft ivory color that was not transparent.
