Horrific experience here that ended with me leaving with globs of wax stuck in my hair and on my skin. This was my first time trying sugaring so I was unsure of what to expect and the esthetician, Kiley, assured me that even though I had coarser, thicker hair that I was still an appropriate candidate for the sugaring hair removal. She also told me that sugaring was supposed to be less painful than a traditional wax and the results were supposed to last longer.
