Loved the atmosphere. Very clean and sanitary,and the wait wasn’t too long. My nails looked great. Only negative I’d give it is the nail tech doing my nails had left over lap of the polish on my skin and it started to lift and peel up from it,but she still did a pretty good job over all, I didn’t catch it either at the time and they had been a bit busy so understandable! Over all will pip by again for another set sometime soon!

Was in an out in less than an hour. Tim did an amazing job. My nails are a good shape and everything was very clean and covid friendly. The only downside was that the man doing the “hosting” was kind of rude about me paying with card. Other than that, great experience!

I always get quick and quality service here. Anyone who’s ever done my nails has always been very nice. I love getting gel polish because I don’t get to treat myself often and it lasts a long time. My daughter is 5 and got her first manicure today. She loves her nails.

Terrible customer service. The guy didn’t even ask me what shape I wanted just went to cut them short. I said I wanted short and narrow. When I asked him to fix them before painting them he had an attitude with me about it. He didn’t even check to make sure they were the same length! Then they looked thick and like very square, not narrow. Told me he asked me what I wanted when he didn’t. I told him to take them off i would go some place else, he cut them shorter and told me I had to pay for them. I told him, no I said take them off. This is how I left the store after speaking to the manager who was going to send me to somebody else to “fix” them.

I got a pedicure and manicure. Tim did awesome on my feet even tho I kept jumping bc it tickled. Long did great adding the tips to my nails and making sure they was even. He suggested coffen shape nails which is new for me but I absolutely LOVE them. Nelly did the nail art and I was shocked at her talent. Will diffiently be coming back. I usually only get my toes done here but I wanted to get acrylics for my birthday. The set is pretty so that’s why it got two stars. If it wasn’t for them looking good it would’ve got one star because I can’t leave zero. Poor customer service. Not only that, I’m not sure if the guy was rushing to get them done or what .. but that’s still no excuse to cut every finger with the drill. Two of them were bleeding and I got no apologies. The other ones are raw around the nail. I will never get acrylics here again.

Even though the store was busy, they were able to take me in immediately even though I didn’t have an appointment (which I don’t mind waiting, this was just a plus!). My nail tech was AMAZING! She was able to take the reference photo I showed her and copy it exactly on my nails. I had three old grown out acrylic nails that she was able to remove without causing me any pain and didn’t charge me extra. She also didn’t try to up-charge me, which is a huge problem I have ran into with other salons in the area. She took her time to make sure each nail looked good and used extra nail protection products that I’ve never seen before at different salons. Even though she took her time to go through each step, she still did it in an efficient manner and got me in and out quickly, I was only there for less than an hour!The only reason I gave this salon a 4 star review instead of a 5 star review is because they were doing repairs to the bathroom that were incredibly loud and made the experience less relaxing, which I feel bad saying because it’s not their fault but when I’m going to a salon and paying $50+ I’m expecting a relaxing experience. Fantastic experience. Tiffany was the young lady that assisted me and did a fantastic job. I was taken back very quickly which was impressive considering how busy they were and I did not have an appointment. I never felt rushed and a truly relaxing time. Will definitely be a repeat customer. Very clean salon and super friendly and attentive staff. ❤

This business is hit or miss and they do not care about customer service. I recently was there and the tools (nail files and buffers) were used. You cannot disinfect porous implements (or water absorbing materials). It was obvious they were used prior to my visit. There was no massage.. yes lotion was sparsely applied, but no massage. I wasn’t even halfway through my service and they were rushing the tech for her next appointment. 2 words… google translate…. Use it while there and you will never go back.
