Tracey was great & very professional! She did a great job. I came in late from out of town and she accommodated me anyways and got my nails beautiful. Even though I kept her late, she still talked with us and was very sweet. She took her time and didn’t rush. She did a french manicure design free handed, which I have never seen before. I was very impressed. She has been doing nails for over 15 years and I highly recommend her.

My experience was not good for the 105 dollars I paid. I wanted a pedicure, so the owner came and consistently pressured me to buy the 50+ dollar pedicure and when I asked if there was anything cheaper she pointed to everything more expensive than 40 dollars like the 50+ and the 90+. It’s not that I can’t afford it that’s upsetting…it’s just refusing to offer cheaper options seems sketch and comes off like you don’t care about the customer. I ignored that first red flag and agreed to the 40 dollar pedicure. The lady that did my pedicure was Wendy and she was absolutely amazing. My feet feel and look great. I was sent to the bar like area to get my nails dipped and that’s really when everything took a turn for the worst. The pictures will speak for themselves. The owner was hovering and would not stop talking to my nail tech the entire time. At some point another nail tech came over, grabbed my hand and started filing my nails without saying anything. So then there were two. I was hurt several times around my nail bed from the little machine they use. When the owner stepped away I asked if they served wine? My nail tech told me yes and she told the owner I’d like some wine, the owner asked me red or white… I said White please and she brought back a glass of white wine with a complete set of lips on the rim clearly visible. Then she stood next to the dirty glass and proceeded to talk to the nail tech again. I got there twenty passed five and didn’t leave parking lot until 8:47 pm. I was too disappointed to say anything. Which is sad, I felt that after what I experienced with the owner throughout my entire time spent there that it was better to say nothing and just pay and leave. But in all honesty, I am sad that I’m out 105 bucks and my nails look terrible. The clear coat wasn’t applied properly at the tips so my nails aren’t even properly set to last if I decided to keep them.

This was my best experience with a salon ever! They were so sweet and helpful and had no issues with my design. I like more extravagant nails when I get them done and she steered me in the perfect direction! I had Anna and I’d highly recommend her, she was kind and gentle and patient with me when I winced from filing ( not out of pain I just hate the sound of my nails getting drilled ) overall this was an amazing experience and I think I’ve found my permanent salon! 🙂

I’ve been going to Divine for the past 2 years and will never go anywhere else. Anna is my go-to girl and she gets them perfect every single time! She takes her time to make your nails exactly as you want them and is just the sweetest soul you’ll ever meet. The customer service is top notch. The owner goes above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable, you love your nails, and will even fetch you any drink you’d like!

Worst pedicure ever……. I called ahead of time to make sure that they had appointments available and the lady told me to come right now because I knew that they would probably be busy considering it was a Saturday. Once I got there not only were they not able to get me in right away, I had to wait after two more people. Once I was seated the person assigned to do my pedicure was not nice to start off and did not get all of the dead skin off of my feet instead try to use a smoothing rock just to smooth it out. When I advised him of the issue he told me it will be fine. When it came time for the hot towel and wrapping my feet, he just loosely put it on my feet and walked off. When he arrived back with two bags of wax in his hand, I advised him that I would not continue with the pedicure and that I was leaving. There was no need for him to massage my feet or paint polish on them or anything else, I was done. They still charged me full price which was above average for Amarillo pricing and I will never go back to this establishment. If I could not give them any stars I would.

Anna was great and i loved the work they did. They wanted to charge me $62 for these short nails. $62!!! like it doesn’t even make sense? i told her and she said it was because of the design……she then lowered it to $59. i’m not going back. and totally DO NOT recommend. It took longer to actually get seated than her actually do my nails. ridiculous.

Absolutely my favorite spa! I’ve tried other places and I’m never satisfied with whatever I get done but the ladies here always get me right! Came in today wanting the cat eye thing on my nails to match my dress, but the owner suggested something else after showing her my dress and I told her that I trusted her and I’m so glad I did!!! 10000/10.
