She uses different types of massage which range from basic Swedish massage to more sports related massage (chronic/acute pain from present/ past injuries) including stretching, Myofacial release, TP therapy, Thai massage. Pressure varies from light- deep tissue. Whole body or localized treatments to specific areas. Desiree delivers customized massage based on what the individual needs to provide a sense of balance and well being.
