My initial visit was perfect. I arrived early for my appointment and was checked in quickly. I was walked to an exam room and assisted right away. The Dr. arrived promptly and explained everything as she was examining me. My follow up appointments were scheduled right away at dates and times that worked best for me. Thank you.

Booking an appointment is very easy, as well as checking in. The Rogers Rd. location is spotless, and it took less than 10 min for me to be seen once I got there. Dr. Lenz is very professional, thorough and kind. It was my first time getting a mole removed for a biopsy. I was a little nervous, but I didn’t feel a thing. I plan on coming back because the entire staff was very welcoming and helpful. Anyone who chooses to come here is in great hands.

This place is great. It’s so refreshing to enter a doctor’s office and not have to wait forever to be taken back for your appointment. Dr. Brittany Lenz is very knowledgeable and was able to help me quickly to make sure I wasn’t having a reaction to some medication. Her Assistant/Technician, Melissa is very thorough and professional. I highly recommend this office for any of your dermatology needs.

Had what I thought was a cyst removed from my leg that turned out to be a tumor, by Dr. Lenz. She did an excellent surgery and was very knowledgeable and sweet and made me very comfortable. She will play your favorite genre of music to help make you feel relaxed. Her office staff were also very accommodating and very sweet yet professional. I highly recommend her at either her Helotes clinic or Rogers Rd. Clinic.
