This place was a disaster. I flew into Lubbock for an event on Friday. I saw all the great reviews so I went straight here from the airport to get a dip powder manicure. I was worked on by Ivy. At the end of my manicure, the skin around my fingers looked pretty beat up by the file, so I asked Ivy if she could use the nippers to just trim the few pieces of hanging skin. She said no and said I needed to pay for an additional service for that. That should have been enough warning for me. But now it’s Monday (only two days since my manicure) and every single finger has cracked. She did the work so fast and with so little concern that the dip is thin and just crumbles along the edges and the tip when my fingers touch anything. I have had to file them so short just to make sure the sharp edges don’t catch on my clothes and keep breaking further. I also noticed that she started with clear dip on my right hand but didn’t follow the same procedure on my left hand. I will never come back here again. I’m going to have to pay someone to soak these off just so I can get my nails redone properly. What a mess. Avoid Ivy and this salon if at all possible.

Love!! I haven’t done my nails in a little over a year. Decided to get a dip manicure and pedicure done today. Vee (I think this was her name) did amazing on both. I’ve visited plenty of nail salons, I thought since it had a decent amount of 4+stars it would be quality service. They did dip powder a week ago. Within 3 days the tip of my finger started to peel and break. I had file it down, then noticed that the bottom half is coming off. Not sure what quality of dip powder and components they use. But it’s supposed to at least last 3 days. Plus the wait time was insane. Waited 1 hour for a pedicure then over 30mins for a manicure. I went home more exhausted than when i came in.

I’m usually super shy and reserved when I’m out in public, getting my nails done etc. however, this shop was super open, welcoming, and friendly! The environment was amazing as well as the services. I went in with absolutely no idea what to get and suggested a random design I found on Pinterest, not only was it recreated for me but in the colors I wanted! I just moved from Colorado and will definitely be using this in place of my home salon. I will suggest calling and asking about their wait time or having something to do in ur purse just in case, but the wait in my opinion is 100% worth it

I came in with some friends to get a simple regular mani and pedi. the pedicure was fine, polishing was great. i got the regular spa pedi that include callus remover however i didn’t receive that. now onto my manicure, i paid before my mani as to not mess up my nails, and i’ve gotten plenty of regular manicures before and never had a problem. yet here, the polishing wasn’t great, there was bubbles and when i messed up one of my nails their solution was to just paint over it. when i told the manager how i didn’t like the polishing he tried to blame it on the fact that it’s because it was regular polish and i should’ve gotten gel. i did not want gel and explained to him that i’ve had regular manis before and they’ve never looked like that after being dried. he kept arguing with me about how it was because it was regular polish. i know this isn’t the case because i’ve previously worked at 2 nail salons and have never seen these results of regular mani. i asked for a refund because i didn’t want nor have the time to get them redone yet he refused and since i didn’t want to waste my money(even though it basically was) i just got them redone. as expected, i still have the bubbles and should mention how i did not move once when they were drying.
