This was my first time at this salon. The massage I got was great. The facial was below subpar. She was rushed, not gentle, and left me alone to steam for over 25 min, even after the steam was off. She completely phoned it in. After, I asked if I could talk to someone about hair services and was told I would have to come back. When I asked how much a typical color was, I was told it depends. The lady at the front didn’t seem very interested in keeping me as a customer. She also told me that it was $40+ to get your hair dried after a color service. I’ve never heard of such BS! I’ve lived in 10+ states and never been charged to blow dry after a color. When I told her that was weird, she gave me attitude and said “no, it’s not” and looked at me like I have three heads. She didn’t ask if I wanted to leave a tip or give me an option to, so I didn’t. She didn’t ask if I wanted to book something in the future, so I won’t. I’m super disappointed. I was really hoping this place would be my place while I live here for the year. Back on the hunt for a salon that will work.
