This is a huge BAIT AND SWITCH scam, and the staff is rude and unprofessional.I went to Dr. Oxana because I was interested in the liposuction Groupon, it sounded like a great deal! I made the consultation appt (which was a $50 non-refundable charge…) and informed them I had a Groupon. The appt was going great, she said I’d be a great candidate for the procedure and would get great results!I was so excited that I invited my boyfriend, who was waiting outside the doctor’s office for me, to speak to the doctor as well for a treatment he was interested in. Before he even said hello, the receptionist said “that will be $50 please!” So pushy.Then, I went to book my procedure, and when I mentioned the Groupon everything changed… The doctor had been pitching me SMARTLIPO, a procedure that was laser-guided, not the standard liposuction treatment, which is what the Groupon was for. When I said I was only interested in what the Groupon was valid for, the doctor rudely said “cancel the appointment” for my SmartLipo procedure.Just know what you’re getting into before wasting $50 for a consult, which is usually FREE at any other Medspa.GROUPON BUYERS BEWARE!!!
