DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!! I ordered a product from them in September of 2022 and it never arrived. I was in contact with customer support and they kept saying it was “in transit” but no updates showed on the shipping tracker. They tried to offer me a refund by telling me to ship it back even though I never received it, so how in the world could I send it back. Once I requested a refund and replacement after 60 days per their policy on their website, they completely stopped responding. I have called and emailed them literally dozens of times and they refuse to answer me. I had to file a claim with my bank to get the money back five months later. I left a one star review on their website and it was immediately deleted – there are no reviews under four stars so they are deleting any negative reviews. They also artificially mark up the prices of their products so they can give you “insane flash discounts” and make you think you’re getting a good deal, but the products are quite literally always marked as on sale. This place is a total scam and I’m not even sure it actually exists. The phone number is a Google voice number that never connects and they claim to be based in Washington but the return address they provided me was in China and satellite photos of the Washington address they list show an empty field and a residential neighborhood. If I could give zero or negative stars I would.
