I was once a loyal customer for many many years, and felt that the staff valued me as a customer. Late last year I received a phone call that my stylist was no longer working for Cortello; and their stylists were too busy to take on a new customer. They dropped me like a hot potato after being loyal to them for years. The truth is that they CANNOT keep their stylists and Now they are understaffed. They have had tremendous turnover in the past year. Many talented stylists are gone! Very disappointed in the way I was treated.

Hannah was so sweet and listened to the ideas I had for my curly hair. She def came through! The whole experience was so nice and relaxing. The wash/massage was soo nice and the complimentary champagne and chocolate was a plus. She did such a great job with the cut and blow out I had no idea my hair had this much potential! So happy with the results. 10/10 would recommend

I used to LOVE this salon and I would recommend it to everyone. NOT anymore.. I’m so very disappointed with this place.. they used to be very kind and accommodating. I’ve been going to this salon for over 5 years. I’ve seen several different stylists and they’ve always treated me like family fitting me in and helping me so that I could recreate styles at home with ease. Lately, they’re not answering the phone you have to text them and they can’t get me in for appointments. I understand being busy and that’s great, but to have no availability for at least 3 weeks out is ridiculous. Then when I finally pick a day and time they said they didn’t have a file for me of all my previous appointments. Super sad.. looking for a new salon

I’ve been going to the salon more than several years and gone through several stylists especially in today’s challenges. Brennan and Kiki are awesome stylist and I would recommend them both. In case, one is not available I would see the other. They offer great style suggestions and products that would work well in our humidity. Also, love to see what now stuff they have as the jewelry and candles are great gift stuffers.

Karly was amazing but docked 2 stars for not being impressed with the overall experience. My bf really hyped this place up like it was going to be a top notch luxury service salon so I had high expectations. Wasn’t bad for $50 (+$20 tip) but couldn’t even tell I got a haircut after. I asked for lots of layers and some lavender streaks. No time for dye job so that was okay. They are booking 8 weeks out so they are busy.

I have gotten my fair share of bad hair cuts but this was my first experience here and I was quite sceptical trying to find my new salon. I had really long hair and wanted it all cut off. I came in with not a lot of info on what I wanted just that I wanted it short and Morgan did an amazing job! She was so sweet and showed me how to style my hair. I love my new hair cut and this is my new favorite salon.
